Rosette was created for families who find traditional institutional care unacceptable. Our model — intentionally small, discreet, and deeply personal — exists nowhere else on the Main Line and is unlike anything available nationally.
Each home serves only a handful of residents, allowing for continuity of caregivers, individualized attention, and an atmosphere that feels calm, familiar, and genuinely human.

At Rosette, we provide advanced support in our private homes without institutional methods. Our caregivers are deeply attentive, and we partner with families to coordinate medical care seamlessly— bringing doctors, nurses, and other external medical providers into the home as needed. Residents receive the support they require while maintaining dignity, autonomy, and the comfort of home life.

Each Rosette home serves no more than eight residents. This scale allows for personalized attention, consistency, and continuity of care that larger facilities simply cannot replicate. Availability is intentionally limited by design—because exceptional care requires focus, presence, and commitment.
